Advice?
My grandma says I should live off campus for A.U., but I’m a silly person who has never been to DC and has no family there, is this feasible guys? Like what does the housing fee include?

I’m pretty sure AU requires freshman to live on-campus. If not, the Berks or the Avalon are close and good. Fee is room/board and eaglebucks.

But if you do decided on living outside the college dorms(if they have any) don’t rent apartments close to it(like five minutes away) Those tend to be hot spots for crimes also. Try fifteen minutes away but just try and check the are first.

Check for Campus Crimes first, some college’s tend to have more crimes with dorms there. Chech their record on that.

Usually housing fees include parking, all utilities, internet, cable, and lots of money for events. More involved living on campus.
